Hello beauties!
At some point in our life we all do things which we shouldn’t do because we are unaware of their harmful consequences and sometimes even when we know they are going to be harmful we do them anyway. I too have made a few mistakes in the past which I regret now and today I am going to talk about some of these..
As you may have noticed that I am not very good at updating the blog these days it was partly because I was busy with work and was not feeling inspired to write but there was also another reason and it was that my eyes were not behaving very good in the past few weeks. I made a few mistakes in the past which caused these eye problems.
There are somethings which are surefire ways to damage your eyes and I have learned it hard way but I don’t want it to happen to anyone else and that is why I have decided to share my mistakes with you so that you can avoid these and take good care of your eyes. So let’s get started:
Wearing contact lenses for long hours:
I need to wear either glasses or contact lenses all the time as I am practically blind without them. I have been wearing contact lenses for years and never had any problem with them as I take care of my lenses more than anything (if you wanna have some tips check out my post here) but a few months back my eyes started getting really dry which caused itching and irritation and that happened because of wearing contact lenses for long hours (I used to wear contact lenses for more than 9 hours every single day BTW).
So I went to the doctor and he suggested me some eye drops. Thankfully the problem never got severe but I learned the lesson that I need to reduce the time during which I wear lenses.
Rubbing my eyes:
I don’t know how and when it all started but for as long as I can remember I have always had this bad habit of rubbing my eyes. My habit was so bad that I started developing fine lines under my eyes even before I turned 20.
Rubbing your eyes not only cause wrinkles and aging it also cause infections and may damage the vision. So yea, that’s scary!
I am still struggling to get rid of this devastating habit. :(
Keeping the brightness too high:
We live in the age and society where it’s almost impossible to avoid using cell phones and other gadgets but there are ways through which we can reduce their harmful effects. I used to keep the brightness of my phone and laptop’s screen at maximum which caused eyestrain and made me rub my eyes even more :(
So the advice is: Adjust the brightness according to your surroundings so you are not putting strain to your eyes it's better to keep the brightness on auto mode. Also give your eyes regular breaks to reduce the strain you put on your eyes.
Forgetting my sunglasses most of the time I go out:
I don’t think I need to stress on the importance of wearing sunglasses. I always knew how important it is to protect my eyes from UV rays and I always loved buying trendy sunglasses but I don’t know why it always happens that whenever I am going out I forget my shades at home. :(
Now I have started keeping a pair of shades in my bag.
So that’s it for today. Tell me in the comments if you have made any beauty or health mistakes in the past which you regret now.
P.S since eyes are such an important part of us I have decided to dedicate this whole month to eyes so I’ll be posting lots of stuff relating to eyes in this month. Stay tuned!
Bubye
Take care

Tips For Contact Lens Wearers..
Hello beauties!
As you all would probably know by now (after seeing all my pictures) that I wear contact lenses almost all the time (at least 8 hours a day), people keep asking me questions like doesn't it hurt or irritate you?
I hear horrible comments and stories about contact lenses all the time but I have been wearing them on a daily basis for about 6-7 years and I have never had any serious problems except that sometimes I feel a little dryness for which I use eye drops (recommended by my doctor) or rose water and it goes away (remeber to remove contacts before using any eyedrops). But yes I do take care of my contact lenses and of my eyes more than anything else in the world. Here, I am sharing a few things which I do and I think every girl who loves doing makeup and wears contact lenses should do:
Put on Contacts before makeup:
I always put on my contact lenses before any makeup especially eye makeup because if you apply it after doing all your makeup it is more likely that they will come in contact with your lashes or lids or lash line and the products will transfer to them. Also, I remove my lenses before removing my makeup.
Apply mascara from middle of the lashes to tips:
Another tip is I apply mascara only on the length of my lashes leaving the roots untouched i.e. I start from the middle of the lashes not from the roots. This not only makes the contact lenses safe but also keeps my lashes looking natural.
Keep tightlining to minimum:
I am a fan of tightlining as I think it is the best way to apply eyeliner on my eyes without covering my already non-existent lids. But as much as I love tightlining my eyes I know it can affect my contacts and I try to keep the tight lining to minimum.
Do not rub your eyes:
If I ever feel any irritation or itching in my eyes I immediately remove my lenses. You should never rub your eyes when you are wearing contact lenses as the makeup will get into your eyes and the residues of makeup will create a film on lenses and you know what will happen next..
Do not use false lashes:
I never use false eyelashes and I suggest you too to keep it to minimum i.e. for some special occassions only and be very careful while applying glue.
Avoid High temperature:
And the most important is you should never ever go near heat when you are wearing lenses. If you are planning to blow dry your hair or cook or anything that involves high temperature do it before you put on your contacts. The contact lenses are made of plastic and the high temperature may cause them to melt and it can cause some real damage to the eyes.
Also make sure that you keep your lenses, lens case, makeup brushes and makeup products clean and never sleep with your contact lenses on.
Hope this post has helped you in some way :)
That's it for today..
I'll be back soon...
Till then take care Bubye...

Klenspop- bunny 3 color lenses Review
Hello Beauties!
Today I am going to talk about something without which I think I can not live. I have been wearing contact lenses everyday for about 7- 8 years because I don’t like wearing spectacles all the time. I have dark brown eyes and yes I love my eye color but I also love changing eye color so I wear contact lenses in different
shades.
Recently, Klenspop gave me an opportunity to try a new brand
of contact lenses. I always buy contact lenses from some very reliable shops as you need to be very conscious about quality when buying such stuff so I never bought any lenses online but now I tried klenspop and my experience was amazing. Read on for details:
First: a little bit
about Klenspop:
K- lenspop is a leading company of circle and cosmetic lens.
They have a large variety of lenses as well as other accessories such as
cosmetics, glasses and sunglasses and they ship worldwide.
Second: The packaging
of the lens
The lenses I received were packed in many layers to keep them safe and
secure during transit. The lenses were in glass vials which ware kept in a
cardboard box and then the box was wrapped in bubble wrap and then another
cardboard box.
DIA: 14.5 mm
Graphic DIA: 13.3 mm
BC: 8.6 mm
Usage period: 6 months
I got Bunny 3 color lenses in shade gray.
The package also contains a lens case, plastic tweezers and
an instruction manual.
My experience:
The color looks very light gray in the container but when I
wore them they almost matched my own eye color and looked really natural. This
is the reason I love the 3- color lenses because they blend with the natural
eye color and do not make you look artificial. These lenses also made my hooded small eyes look a little bigger.
Since I got these lenses I am wearing them every day from 9
AM to 7 PM and I never feel that I am wearing anything in my eyes. They are very comfortable and feel very light in eyes.
I would recommend Klenspop to everyone because:
-They ship worldwide and the delivery is super fast.
-They have a huge collection of not only lenses but also of the accessories such as cosmetics, spectacles and sunglasses.
-The prices are very reasonable.

I hope you like this post.
Bubye for now take care :)
